Okay so energy can't be created or destroyed it can only move from one form to another. So I have a full tank of gass (Chemical Energy) so when I'm driving that energy is transformed into kinetic to get me to wherever I'm going although some is lost in sound and thermal. Where do those energies go after that?

most are transformed to heat energy and the heat energy is used up by plants and small organisms which in turn grow and are eaten up by other organisms, etc ... a viscious cycle ....

The kinetic energy is transfered to the pavement in the form of friction heat, some is transfered to the air in the form of wind resistance (also a type of friction).

The thermal heat joins the normal thermal heat in the atmosphere.

The sound energy spreads out in concentric waves in all directions until it is so spread out as to be undetectable.

Essentially all of the energy turns into heat, in your radiator, exhaust and breaks, which heat the air, and that heat is eventually radiated into outer-space.
