"Wicked: The Life and Tales of the Wicked Witch of the West" This was a great book! I couldn't put it down, and I am so psyched about reading the next one..."Son of a Witch" A few other good ones that I have read this year were "The Taking" by Dean Koontz and "Intensity" by Dean Koontz.

And also "The Long Dark TeaTime of the Soul" by Douglas Adams. (the guy who wrote HitchHikers Guide to the Galaxy"

Revelation by Carol Berg, which is second in the Rai-Kirah trilogy. It's the most intense of the three. You really feel for the protagonist. The language is elegant and there is so much emotion. It really tugs at your heart-strings.
