I'm 5'9, weigh 172lbs, and bench sets of 375 lbs.
When I first started working out, I was 5'9, 108 lbs, and benched 65 lbs.
So as long as you workout, you'll get way stronger.
Good luck brudder!

Stop drinking alot of beer is the first step. Alcohol drinkers tend to have decreased plasma testosterone and increased estrogen levels, beer also lowers luitinizing hormone, testostorone, and growth hormone (HGH), ADH, and some other hormones important for strenth. You are 25 which is the age were growth hormone tends to drop dramasticly, but you still do have some growth hormone, and it can be increased a bit with healthy lifestyle. You have alot of fat around your stomach, which tends to mean you are not in great shape at this time, and higher body fat levels tend to have a coorelation with higher estrogen levels. First of all start consuming more calories in the form of carbohydrates, and protein. Drink copious water throughout the day. Make sure you are getting proper sleep, as lack of sleep effects hormonal levlels, concentration, and muscular strenth. I reccomend 8.5-10 hours of sleep a night. As you lift weights stop doing 10 reps, as thats more for muscle mass. What you want is muscular strenth, so bench press the heaviest weight you can bench press for 3-5 times. Then do it again, and again. Once you are able to bench press a heavy weight 3 times consistenetly, increase the weight, and keep increasing untill you get to the bench press you want to be at. This will take time. You may think your eating healthy, but lay off the alcohol, increase your calories esspecialy carbohydrates, and protein, bench press heavier weights for 3-5 reps, and be patient, as getting stronger takes some time. Good Luck!!

Age is a very important factor in all of this too and gender. Males bench more than women and men continue to naturally become stronger until their in their early thirties.
