I lost my driver's license a few weeks ago, can anyone do anything (e.g. identity theft) with my information (name, driver's license number, address) on there?

The most common way to get information for identity theft is lost and stolen wallets. So yes, you have put yourself at greater risk. Make sure you check your credit report ever few months to make sure no new accounts are being opened in your name.

assuming it's an American-style license, the simple answer is "yes".

To get any major damage, they would also need your SSN.

The biggest concern would be a) selling it for a fake ID, b) requesting the post office forward your mail (since they know where you live), or c) applying for credit in your name.

Contact the issuing agency (DMV, Sec. State, etc) in your state and ask them for specifics on what to do.
