He's got several good ones. "White and Nerdy" is the newest one. It's really funny!
"A Complicated Song" (a parody of Avril Lavigne's "Complicated) is also funny.
"Eat it" is also funny.
Go to itunes and browse for "Weird AL." It will give you a listing of everything he's ever done. He did a parody of "Smells Like Teen Spirit" (by Nirvana) that was pretty good. He jokes about not being able to sing "with all these marbles in my mouth."

Some people may not realize that Amish Paradise, is actually offensive. The Amish too many times are misunderstood, and seem to be easy to mock.
Would the same type of song be ok, if it was about Jewish people, Catholics or Muslims? If it were about any other religion there would be an uproar.
I love Weird Al's songs and I'm sure that he had no intention of being offensive.

All his songs are great. It's tough to pick "the best" though since it is very subjective. I know a lot of people are saying "White and Nerdy" is the best, but I think that is just beccause it is the newest video. On his new ALbum I like "Canadian Idiot", "Weasel Stomping Day", "Don't Download This Song", and "I'll Sue Ya" more than "White and Nerdy". As far as other songs go, I like "A Complicated Song", "Angry White Boy Polka", "Bohemian Polka", "Dare to be Stupid", "Everything You Know is Wrong", "Frank's 2000" TV", "Good Enough For Now", "Headline News", "Jurassic Park", "Midnight Star", "Nature Trail to Hell", "Spy Hard", "The Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota", "Theme from Rocky XIII", "Trigger Happy", and "You're Pitiful "
