Contact the county board of elections. They should be listed online off of the county's main website.
If you are not already registered, you are too late for this upcoming election. The deadline was Oct 10th in Texas.

Chainsaw's got the correct answer above.
Call or go to your local municipal town clerk's office, and find out how to register - or do a search online, they make it easier and easier to register all the time.
A few weeks before the election, you will receive a sample ballot in the mail that will show what the actual ballot will look like, what offices and issues are being voted on and the choices available to you. It will also give you the exact voting location where you will go to cast your vote, and the hours of operation for that polling place.
If you will not be in the local area on election day, you will need to request an "absentee ballot" which you can fill out and mail in according to the instructions that will be included with it.
Prior to voting, do your research! Read the papers and go online to find out what you can about the candidates, and their histories and positions on different issues. And look into alternative/independent candidates that may better represent what you truly want our government to do. The 2 party system is completely corrupt, and something has to change, but that won't happen if enough of "we the people" don't make our voices heard - and election day is the only day they listen to because it's their (well-paying) jobs on the line!

If you are not registered, it is already to late to vote in texas. If you have ever registered for an election then you are probably still registered. You have to register 30 days prior to election.
If registered, show up at the correct polling place on November 7 or arrange to vote early.

The Republicans had a masterful media campaign and voter turnout attempt which the Dems ignored. that's all that makes the version via fact people are gullible. I have no thought why Dems did no longer vote quite seniors whilst social centers have been on the line, could vote for Republicans in any respect. they might desire to be perplexed like they have been in Florida with the butterfly ballots and that all of them voted for Pat Buchanan lol maximum persons on YA are top-wing easily so as that they are going to accept as true with you. the actual worldwide is one among complicated success and no jobs. Do you think of that's as a results of too lots regulation or taxation? that's a delusion.

You need to be 18 and you need to register. You can probably pick up a registration form from the DMV office. If you can't, find your local election office and get a registration form.
