how do i get a title to an abondoned vehichle in oregon that has california license plates?

its been on my property over a year i dont know who the legal or registered owner is

you need to lien sale it, talk to a towing company

We did about the opposite, with a car in oregon to try to register it in CA. You should contact the DMV in your area and in CA and ask about last registered owner and the current status. Then you can ask about obtaining a title after determining what the status would be with it having been abandoned o your property. The time factor might be of importance also.
