No , I would never marry for anything other than love because doing so for other reasons is not humane. Plus , who can live a life knowing you wed for something other than eternal happiness with a loved one.If I married a man for his wealth only , I would spend the rest of my life with a burdening guilt rotting away in my soul. Also , I would probably grow to detest the man I married for I never have loved him.

in Biblical times, speaking about Jacob (Israel) Abraham and those times... they did not marry necessarily for love. I would just melt (good way) if the world changed and we married who our parents wanted us too. yes, there are some not so good benefits to that. but truly, love grows on you through time.

I know a person where she throw aside her whole family and friends just to get married to another ethnic, her in-Laws despice her, they gave her a blank check to leave the son (mind you the family is in the fortune 500) but she didn't,

she went on to the extent to denounce her family name and then married herself to that rich bastard. is it love or money ? you tell me!

Many smart / wise / attractive / young women would marry as
"Trophy Wives" and be all the better off for having done so...
And should be admired....

My wife say; first time for love, second time for money.
She is very attractive, former model. Guys at her job are always asking her for a date. Her reply - sorry, but you have a job! You are NOT rich!!
