I just found out that I have cervical cancer and I am haveing it removed on the 25. I am so scared and nervous. My doctor is putting me to sleep so I will not feel anything when she is doing it. But I don't know what to expect after I get up. Will I have alot of pain? Or will I bleed at all and if so will it be for a long time? Can someone please help me?

My daughter went through it. You will have a little cramping and some bleeding, probably not a lot but some discharge. Don't worry. You are doing what needs to be done. I will pray for you tonight. Hope all is well for you in a couple of days. I know it's nerve wrecking any time you go through medical procedures but this one is simple and fast. Good night.
