Where can I download messenger setup for installing off line?

Need to install on a machine using dial-up where the ISP disconnects or drops the connection and cannot complete the auto-online process. For a relative of mine. I would like to be able to only download the setup application file and dump on to CD or USB key.

When you download the .exe file, instead of clicking run, click save, and put it on your desktop. Then, when you're offline, you can install it anytime, no internet connection required!
