in my second week I had alot of cramping, like menstrual cramps, which were normal but i didnt know that at the time. Severe pain is something I would look into though. And sickness, of course. Youve heard of morning sickness right? it doesnt always have to be morning. And not everyone experiences it, some do but worse than others. Every BODY is different. If anything happens that worries you though, no matter how big or little it is, call your dr. its better to be safe then sorry,

Most people don't know they are pregnant the first week. I had some weird symptoms such as I could no longer drink Diet Coke - my fav drink - it tasted too sweet like regular Coke to me. With my 3rd child that was the 1 & only symtom I had & I knew right away I was preg. At about 3 or 4 weeks most women have sensitive breasts similar to the feeling you can have before you start your period but MORE tender. You can also feel nauseaus because of the surge and shift of hormones in your body. Just take it as it comes and realize it will quickly pass and you will have a beautiful new life in your arms that made all of the pain and suffering worthwhile.

When you become pregnant your body feels weird . I was a smoker but when I knew I was pg I got sick off of the first puff and I knew I was pg. So I quit and had the dr. confirm it. Sometimes you may feel a little flutter type like butterfliesin your stomach. But you really can't feel anything until you are longer. You may feel nausiated which crackers or dry cereal helps . There shouldn't be any pain until delivery, but it's all worth it. I have done it 3 times without medication and all natural deliveries. So enjoy every moment that you are pregnant and try not to freak out.

No pain, no sickness...its very rare that women have nausea during the first week of pregnancy. U may feel really sleepy though...and the veins on ur breasts will show more- but am not sure, that should be in like the 2nd-3rd week.

Most people don't even know they are pregnant the 1st week. I didn't know I was pg or anything until I was a few weeks along. From my 2nd month to my 3rd I had morning sickness, I'm so glad it only lasted one month.

Well most people don't know that they are pg until the 4th week. You will notice sore to the touch breasts, a thickening of the waist and being more tired than normal.

You usually won't feel any different...most women have no clue they're pregnant during that first week. Symptons don't usually appear until a little bit later than the first week.

I think that the first week of your pregnancy you suppose to feel sick and nauseus. Everything that you smell will make you nauseus. You would also be very hungry. thats what i think in my perspective.
