Music has the power to change your mood and state of mind.

Music can change our mood tremendously. If you listen to certain music, it makes you want to dance. If you listen to Dan Gibson's nature music, it puts you to sleep.

The instruments in the music affect a part of our brain to relax us or stimulate us like a drug. Hope that helps.
