The drugstore nailpolishes are cheap, both in quality and price. But, the best of the best are the designers. Here is a list of the best ones I've tried so far:
1.) Chanel
2.) Dior
3.)Estee Lauder
4.)Stilla
You may spend an extra 5$ for these brands, but you'll have nails that will not chip at all for as long as a month, and will give you an outstanding color to those pampered nails. They're worth the splurge.

Best that i've tried? O.P.I... they have a variety of colors and they dont chip easily... Essie is a good brand too...
I like channel also, because of their colors, but the nail polish chips fast

The best I have tried so far are:
1. Kanebo
2. Maybelline
3. Shu
I particularly find Red Earth easy to chip off; though the colors are really cool colors and very fashionable.

I like Sally Hansen. It is not expensive and it lasts long and makes your nails hard. I also like Rimmel. This is also inexpensive and they have so many different colors to choose. Check them out. Both can be bought at your local department store!!!

Personally i would suggest to use the new Avon. Slick on nail polish. its easy to put on, easy to take off, and no harsh fumes, and especially no "have to clean the sides off with remover" afterwards. its easy and quick.

I love OPI and Essie! They both have many shades and they dry pretty fast too!
