I date white and latin men and I do look dominican, however I think the good black men are dating others. I am not racist for I am biracial myself. But I am curious where are the good men of any race and why are they skipping us black women?

I think you should date the person according to his personality and not his race. I hate the stereotyping going on in this category including society. We all have a mixture of some sort. My family for example are very diverse but prejudice of some natinality or sort. Don't make a division by color... make a division by his/her personality. We should bring our children up in the new genre/century to love and not to visualize color.

I have two white nieces and they will only date black guys. They prefer the black men over white men because they say that the black men know how to treat a woman, and they have more respect for women. I think that black men feel that a white woman by their side is like a trophy. That is just my opinion. However, I know a lot of beautiful black women and bi-racial women that are knockouts! I'm surprised that more white men don't date women with a darker skin. I think they are more beautiful than white women. Keep looking and the right guy will come along that feels you are the most important woman in the whole world. Be patient! He is out there!

Don't think whites and Latinos cheat, of course some do just like any other race. It's the person and kind of relationship one has. Unfortunately, people are into getting down than getting serious about a relationship and maybe future family responsibilities. Look at the kind of movies and music puts out, if it doesn't include sex, it doesn't do well. It's really too bad, people should have more respect for themselves and each other. No not a prude, but concerned about the family units.

Awww you just have to keep looking, all the good men are not skipping us. I have a wonderful man and he is black, he is the best man that I know. I also think that black women alot of times will settle for less with a black man, than take a try with a good man who is not black, just to have a black man.

Everyone dates who they want or are attracted to. There are men of each race who will only date black women. Just look around.

some of the comments to this young lady are idiotic....to say the least.
My son is bi-racial and all he ever dates or comments on are black women, makes me happy b/c alot of black women out there are looking for a good black man, I think the black women play less mind games then white women..... and BTW I AM white.....
Sweetie you WILL find the right man, just dont settle for less.

As long as you're happy with yourself and your "man", why does it matter what race he is from? And from what I see on the news everyday, you aren't missing anything by not dating a black man. I KNOW there are good people in every race, just going by what I see on the news!
