If you have never accessed it before you will need to register. You'll need either your mobile or account number. Very easy to do. No waiting! And no charge.

Just call their cusomer care department. A handset swap is easy to do and you can follow the rep's instructions and do it yourself.

Call from a land-line, you will need to turn off the active phone and the new one won't work until after you program it.

Some carriers charge a service fee on your bill for a handset swap.
