Option 1:
Leave HIM, and YOU go.
Option 2:
Pack up HIS bags before he comes home and put the bags outside your house in your front garden, and then LOCK the door (change locks if he's got the house keys too). Or you can ask for his pair of house keys the night before and hide it somewhere. When he comes back home from work the next day, just don't open the door for him.
Option 3:
Say (seriously) to him that if he doesn't move out, you'll light the house on fire right now.
Option 4:
Maybe he doesn't want to go because he still loves you. So try and forgive him. BUT warn him that you'll not tolerate if this happens again.
Option 5:
Act like a MAD cow and yells like crazy to him. Hopefully this will scare him.
I really really suggest you try at lease ONE of the above options!!
Good Luck!

why should he leave, your the one who wants out, and since you make more money than he does you should have no problem finding a place, than go through the usual legal procedure's, and what about the poor kid's, maybe that's the reason he won't leave,my husband would move heaven and earth to stay with is kid's, so it may not be about you at-all.

You have to take the kids and leave. Who gets what will be decided later in court. No other way. You can't force him out of his own house. Don't you watch desperate housewives? He can legally knock the door down if you change the locks and won't go if you throw his stuff out. You're out of options.

Marriage is for a lifetime, my dear. It's a good thing that you are financially stable. but that does not entitle you to just throw your husband out of your house, not unless you have a valid reason for doing that, like if he cheated on you. As much as possible, try to work it out and save your marriage for the sake of your children.

Tell him it's time for him to move on - the commitment has ended, the marriage is over, and he's got to go! Be firm.

Are you divorced? If you marriage is just on ther rocks, the house is still half his. If you are divorced and he's in your house, don't let him in and get a restraining order.

If your marriage is over, have you talked to your husband and does he understand?
Why does he not want to leave?
Talk and find out. Get a mediator if needed.
Good Luck!!
