C.
When you multiply them together:
(6t^-7)(3t^5) You multiply the like terms.
6x3 and -7+5.
You get 18t^-2.
To further simplify, the -2 can be converted to 2 by making 18t^2 a reciprocal. So:
18/t^2

The reason that T^-2 is how it is, it is because when you multiply exponents, you add up the numbers.
Example 1:
t^2+t^3+t^4
This equals 9 because 2+3+4=9.

Example 2:
t^2+t^3+x^4 Do you see a difference from ex.1?
Since t and x are not the same, you DO NOT add them.
The answer is t^5+x^4.

Example 3:
If t^-3 , you move it under the number. There is no number so you put 1. Thus: 1/t^3.

Hope this helps.

When you multiply expressions with exponents, you multiply the coefficients and add the exponents.
So here you take 6*3 and -7+5.
That gives you 18t^-2.
Negative exponents mean to do the reciprocal, so t^-2 is the same as 1/t^2. That's why the final answer is "C": 18/t^2.

(6 t^-7)*(3t^5) =
1. Multiply the integers: 6*3 = 18
2. Add the exponents: -7+5 = -2

Answer: 18t^-2 whic is the same as

18 / t^2

So c.

the answer is c because when you are multiplying you have to add the exponents (but is there a - in front of the exponent 2) and subtract exponents when your dividing
