quick and easy....you guys could go as vampires. If you already have a black or dark colored dress, wear that with heels, dark lipstick, and buy a cape....your husband should just wear black slacks, black dress shoes, a white dress shirt, and a cape....you can get capes at Wal Mart for $10 each....Don't worry too much about teeth. They are uncomfortable and nobody cares anyways.....You'll also need white makeup/powder to put on your face, which you can also buy at Wal Mart if you want.....I did this a couple years ago with my fiancee and everyone loved our costumes!
(btw, I used a more professional stage makeup for us because we both have sensitive skin. I got it at a costume/dance shop. It was about $7)

extra large white curtain or table cloth. two of you can get under it and start making noises and movements when the kids arrive at the party. Old trick..

devil and angel, even though its kinda cliche. or a pimp and his bizatch, but you can reverse the roles. or you can just go to a party city and buy a couple's costume. or cheerleader and foorball player.or you guys could go as each other!

Green hat, Orange Face Paint, Black Eyes and Mouth Face Paint, Black Clothing Bright Orange Gloves and Tights (stockings) - be a pumpkin.... oh and dont forget the bright orange hair spray!
