why you feel the need to question if they like you. If you feel any doubt or skeptical...just simply ask.

Okay - I’m an expert at this one now. I have not come across many people who don’t like me only because I have always let other people take the risk. I’ll be social with anyone, but if someone is going to be a good friend they have to initiate it. Recently though, I got in this nasty argument with someone who was a stranger and found out that they were dealing with a lot of stuff, so I felt bad and initiated a friendship. We got along really good even though we were completely opposite, but then the person started feeling better and it was completely different. I could tell right away because they assumed the worst about everything I said and could care less if they hurt my feelings. Their whole tone with me was just different. It’s real obvious and you will be able to see it.

If you let someone know that they have offended you, and they could care less, then they are trying to end the friendship. It’s really hard when you really like the person, but you have to just let them go. In my case it was really hard, I wished so bad there was something I could do to fix it, but there is nothing you can do when someone doesn’t like you. You can’t change who you are and you shouldn’t.

I had to realize that I only liked the temporary version of the person and that version wasn’t the real person. You are probably dealing with a similar situation. If someone doesn’t like you, that is a good reason not to like them. These kind of people are too chicken to be direct about it so they will waste your time and use you and wear away at your self confidence. They want to make it your fault so they don’t have to feel bad about it. I say - let them off the hook- they have problems with relationships. Save your good stuff for someone who appreciates it.

I've had this problem many times. Sometimes, they purposely ignore you. You might look their way and they will look another way. Sometimes, they may single you out. you might say hi to them and they may only say hi back and not even ask how you are doing.
I know a lot of people who don't like me. They can give you an ugly look, pretend like you're not even there, say bad things to you that they don't tell anyone else. Basically, you'll be able to tell by the way they see you.

maybe they will try to avoid you as much as possible or act stupid or a smarty in front of you or try being bossy or try to play a trick to get you out of something like someone pretended to have a fight to get me out of something they also admit they did it to kick me out of a club

The way they act around you, or treat you..... should be a good clue.
