What is the deal with Bush's OBGYN statement?

I have just learned of this whole debacle and I know it happened in 2004 but what the heck?!? "We need to put these doctors out of business of making love to beautiful women around the world." Bush was also present at a Pap smear?!?!? I don't know how I missed all of this someone please fill me in!
