I want to start by saying I know none of you are doctors, I just want comments from personal experience of knowledge. We are TTC. Me and my fiance had sex 2 days before ovulation. I have started to have tender breast, more discharge, upset stomach but no vomit, very tired, and bloating. My period is now 4 days late. I know that I need to take a test but my fiance works out of town and wants me to wait until he gets home to test. So I just wanted to know from your experience do you think that I have good chances of being pregnant? Please nice answers only. I know that I need to take a test and go to the doctor I am waiting for my fiance. I just want opinions. Please. And thank you in advance.

It really sounds like you are pregnant. I'm so happy for you. You should really wait until your Fiance comes home, because remember we are the same cycle, and I'm 4 days late and I've already taken 2 HPT and they both came back N. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow with the doctor for the blood test. I just think that you should wait for him to get home incase you have the same problem I did. He will be there to comfort you. And if you get a POSITIVE then he will be there to celebrate with you. It's more special. I wish you two the best of luck and I hope you are pregnant. It seems like you really want this and I'm sure you will be a very good mommy. Best wishes!!!

One question that you have not addressed is your age and from my own personal experience, this can be a huge factor with your symptoms. I'm assuming that you are in prime child-bearing years. With that assumption made, if I had to guess, I'd also say that there's a very good chance that you are pregnant. I've given birth to five children. One of those pregnancies was "planned," the rest were "pleasant surprises." Every time I was pregnant, I "knew" very very early on before I took the pregnancy test. As you get older, however, your periods not only become less predictable, but also more symptomatic, often mimicking the symptoms of early pregnancy. I am 41 years old, and had a tubal ligation over four years ago. For the past two years or so, every month, for about a week or so before I get my period, I can SWEAR that I'm pregnant.......all the symptoms, yet I KNOW I'm not. I know how exciting the prospect of being pregnant is, particularly when you're "trying." Best of luck to you. I know the anticipation is absolutely killing you, but wait for your partner to return home, since he seems to be sharing your excitement. It'll be soooooooo worth finding out together.......especially if you are! Let us know how the test comes out!

It is possible and I am sure that you have heard this millinos of times... everyones preganancy's are different but if you want a text book answer then , it sounds pretty darn possible that you are. Start taking otc prenatal vitamins now even if you find out that you arent pregnant this time. The more you prime up your body with folic acid and all the other good stuff you are going to need for when you do get pregnant, means all the better, and the Dr's love to hear that you were ahead of the game.

Well, I have two children. I knew I was pregnant with my second child when my breasts and nipples were hurting/sore. The other symptoms could be from a long list of other issues, so I wouldn't go completely by those. BUT, the sore boobs are a dead give-away. :) Here's some GREAT info that yeah can be controversial, but it deffinately worked for me. My first son was 9lbs, 11oz. I gained 55 lbs. My second son was 11lbs, 0oz. I gained 35lbs. I have NOT ONE stretch mark. As SOON as you start to bump, massage your belly, breasts and thighs with olive oil. (Not cocoa butter!)Don't skip one day. IT WILL WORK!!! 2nd, pee in a cup, a decent amount. Then add 1 tspn CRYSTAL, not liquid, Drano and stir. If it turns brown, your having a girl. If it turns green, your having a boy. Orange, your having twins. The color will turn as soon as you start to stir. I know this sounds funny, but it is 99% accurate. Good luck

Sounds like you could be pregnant. I would go buy a test and find out, then pretend when my husband got home. I know this sounds wrong, but that's what I did. We were trying for over a year, and the after I was late I took a test then waited till my husband got home and took another. Best of Luck

I definately think u could be pregnant...all the signs are there, although these are also signs that your period is just overdue and its just your bodie's way of reacting to that...also, stressing or worrying over the fact that you may be pregnant can prolong a period coming on...but...i have just learned that sperm can live for up to 2-3 days after ejaculation into the vagina so yeeeeeep, a pretty good chance, so good luck and congrats if the test is positive!!!!

I work at a doctor's office. I knew I was pregnant the last time when my period was four days late. The nurses all laughed at me! They said it was too soon. But I took a test, and it was positive. My son is nine years old now. Yes, I think you have a very good chance of being pregnant!

Sounds like you could be! I was nauseated every day for a good month or two and only vomited once or twice. I can understand your fiance wanting you to wait until he is with you, it's a really big deal! Just hope for the best and good luck!

It's difficult to say. Many of the symptoms of early pregnancy are also symptoms of PMS. Strange as it sounds, my first symptom was extreme thirst. Weird, eh? Anyway, I think there's a good chance you are pregnant. If you had sex two days before ovulation, that means the little guys were alive and swimming the day you ovulated.

well, when my husband and I were trying to concieve on our honeymoon (i was determined to come home with a 'baby'), every other day I thought I was pregnant. I probably took about 7 tests in a 3wk period. but, my best girlfriend, an RN, told me that anxiety and stress played a major role in the delay of my period giving me the idea/feeling of conception. so, i wish you good luck, being that the 2 of you are trying to concieve. but, just relax and it will happen when it is SUPPOSED to!!!
