and went to purgatory (not sure the details of purgatory but I know it's some sort of afterlife type atonement of your sins) ... and you had to live for a thousand years underground in a 15 ft by 15 ft room....but the catch was you could design it however you wanted and have whatever you could fit in there...except for living people....how would you design this room?

I would have a hot pink air mattress that I could roll up when I'm not using it, a medium pink soft rug under the bed (if it's there) and a sheer light pink drape around that, thick light pink carpet that you could sink your feet into, a laptop with a 25 inch screen and a lightening fast wireless internet connection, a Cintiq interactive pen display (after a thousand years I might run out of paper and pencils), posters of my favorite bands on three of the walls (to help me remember why I'm in Hell), a white and gold ceiling fan (because it might get hot), and ten of my favorite books (all about the supernatural). On the wall without posters, there would be a painting of a white door with flames around it and a medium pink doormat in front of it that says "Welcome To Hell". Over this imaginary entrance, would hang long strings of pink and gold beads with white feathers. All of the walls would be painted light pink with hot pink roses and leaves with gold outlines. I hope I don't have to eat food, because this would be Hell, and the food would be horrible.

But this is IF I was going to Purgatory, I just took Dante's Inferno Test, and I was told I would be going to the 7th level of Hell. I'm not sure how this happened, since the last time I took the test it said I was going to Purgatory. <_<

Good question. I was really able to get into it. =P=D

I'd probaly want a cot you can fold,a potty that flushes, a sink with running water.Depending on if they are going to furnish
any food in a dish and utensils I might or might not want that. I might want a towel, a wash cloth or so. Maybe I'd want a blanket or so.
Now since it's pretty dark down there I might need to figure out a light of some kind. Then I'd take my Bible along just to figure out where I went so wrong and could have made that stupid of a mistake to have ended up here. It probably would'nt have
done me any good, but it would have kept me busy.

A small swimming pool with a water flow in it so I could swim (like those ones in some hotel gyms), a nice private bathroom, a big bed with lots of clean linens and towels, a mini washer and dryer... oh ya baby... sounds better than my last job at a research station, that's for sure!!

A massage chair, wall to wall shelves with my favorite books, XM satellite radio, heat and air conditioning, pictures of my family, a comfy bed, a hammock, pens and paper, a computer with blazin fast internet, and a countdown clock. This is assuming I don't need to eat or drink, or use a toilet, of course.

I would have much of the things I have now in my house. A pet such as a Dog, Bird or Cat. May not have much walking room.

1 seat with a tiolet made into it, a corner shower and a huge screen that would play to look like my life. I would replay all the cool parts and sit naked and watch. I hope its warm.

I'd take pics of my kids, a radio with my favorite cd's, lots of paper to write & draw, my laptop, a bed (even if i can't sleep in it), a ceiling fan to stare at when I am bored, I can't think of anything else.

i wouldn't put things i liked because it would make me more depressed and want out. but if i put in things i didn't like it would do the same thing so i would just leave it the way it is.
