In their questions, why do people promise to give points to the best answer? Isn't that kind of obvious? I certainly wouldn't give the points to the worst answer!

Well their desperate to wanna find out what their asking for so thats kind of like a kicker to get us moving to get the answer fast. Its kind of a Psycological teaser but i don't bother with any question unless i know or feel i can answer it.

The "best" answer is subjective. The point of this should not be to score points. Rather to provide alternative answers, differing viewpoints and stimulate conversation. There... I used the word "point" 3 times... thats 3 points for me :)

yeah it's like they are trying to bribe us. I even saw one chick say that she'll give 30 points......could've sworn you only get 10
