If you are best friends then there is nothing to be ashamed of, Tell him how you feel but you have to consider that he might not feel the same way.

A lot of people who have been in long term successful relationships will tell you that loving your best friend is the best of both worlds. Crossing the line between best friends and lovers can be rocky though. You're redefining your relationship with this guy, and basically starting over. Be careful, but be brave. If you're really best friends, and he thinks so too, tell him how you feel you'll be fine.
By the way you don't put your ages in this question, but I get the idea that you're fairly young. Keep your heads about you. Don't let yourselves go so far that you'll regret your actions down the line. If you're right for each other now, you'll still be right for each other when you're old enough to properly do something about it.

If you 2 are best friends, maybe you shouldn't. It just depends on what kind of person he is. I have a friend, and I liked him for the longest time, and then I told him but he said he already knew. He doesn't act any different around me now. It just depends on what he does when people tell him how they feel. Do what you feel is right.

if he's your best friend, then it is very easy to tell him your feelings. Just pour out your feelings in front of him...If you'l wait like dis, then someone else might ask him out or something.Its hard to tell someone your feelings you dont know, but to tell a guy, especially who is your best friend, is easy.
It doesnt matter if love is in the freindship, wat matters is that there should be friendship in all Love relationship.Hopefully you're getting wat im trying to say..

if u know him well enough, talk to him about it! if not, try to get to the point where he won't stop being friends with you if you just tell him the truth
