My boyfriend only tells me after we fight, when he thinks I'm going to leave him. The last time he told me he loved me was about an hour ago.

From my youngest son just right now. My boys tell me everyday several times a day, but as for being told "I love you" as in I am 'IN' love with you I can't even remember.

Just shortly before the cowboys game started...
he doesn't say much besides 'dang it' and 'git im! git im!'
before the game is over!
After that, he'll start again with the I love yous.
