How can I make my make-up look more "Witch-y" for a Halloween Party??

Without buying face paints and going to loads of trouble - will loads of black liquid eyeliner and green eyes do the job? Does anyone have any ideas - I have the constume but just need make up ideas - and preferably without having to paint my face green!!

hi,ive a great tip for you as i used it on my kids last year.face mask which drys pale green or white,you know the one were ya crack a smile and so does ya face lol! then on top put dark eyeshadow around the eyes and before it drys put a couple of rice crispies on ya nose and chin as warts.when washed off ya face feels smooth and toned.

use ALOT of black around the eye maybe some green and dark red around that part too.
