I breath. I keep breathing.

I know what you feel like. Things do get better. It's harder than hell to believe, but they do.

Try to spend more time with other people, even though social situations may seem boring or terrifying (once were for me).

Also try to get out and do things, do things for others, trying volunteering. I found that helping others took the focus on my depression. It gives you a sense of accomplishment that it difficult to find anywhere else, and may help bring you out of the dumps.

Seek counselling with a qualified psychologist (not psychiatrist as psychiatrists will just push medication). If you don't start to feel better after a few weeks of counselling, exercise and proper diet, the last two the counsellor will probably suggest. See your doctor about possibly getting on antidepressant medication. Never get medication first. Seek therapy first then medication as a last resort. Why? Medication has side effects and often makes people feel worse not better. It takes a long time to find the right meds too!

When I lost my brother I felt that way. It was two years ago. I'm experiencing shock as I tell you this. I grew up with only one sibling, my younger brother. Throughout our lives we went through a lot of pain and became very close, like kindred spirits. He saw the inside of my soul and I saw the inside of his and on October 11,2004, he left me forever. I laid down and asked God to take me away, I told people that my life as I knew was meaningless, and that I wish I could stop breathing. But you know something, life did go on. I got individual counseling and went to grief recovery and I also made a new friend. Go to church and find God,God can take it away and give us hope to keep on pressing. Much luck to you.

Go get your hormones checked. Chances are you probably have way too much estrogen in your body. Go to drleemd.com and he will teach you about the important role hormones play in our bodies. It's incredible information. I think you probably have a big hormone balance and it's very fixable with a natural hormone balancing cream.
