You will need about 70 8 ft studs, if placing on 16" centers, and bout 8 10' and 8 12 foot. You need the longer ones for the bottom cap and top cap of the walls. You also need and extra one in each corner where you connect the walls together. But I added those in your 8'. You will also need some 2x6's for your rafters. Not sure how you have that laid out so I have no idea where to start on how many there. As far as price, I have no clue. Lumber has different prices in different areas. Here, I just bought studs at around $2 each.

If it is all-new construction, it would be cheaper to build it attached because you would have a continuous footing and shared foundation. If it is an addition, I suspect it would be cheaper and easier to build detached since you don't have to deal with tying it into the existing structure.

100 figure 1 per foot and add 1 per corner, you have to add for door openings, window openings because of the cripplers and jack studs, 100 should do ya.....don't forget extras for possible bracing and don't forget the double top plate and bottom plate

about 55-60 for the walls you will want 2x6-8 for the roof, depending on the amount of snow you get.this is based on 24 inch centers.
