Okay, inside every fat person there is a skinny person waiting to get out. Your friend did it, she got out. Now all you have to do is Encourage her, just let her know she looks great. Everyone that was fat at one time still thinks or sees themselves as being fat. It is their own test to themselves. So what is skinny to everyone else, is still chunky to them, cause they remember the feeling of not feeling good enough to meet the standards, so they set their own---it's in their own frame of mind. Skinny friends, role models, etc. always remind them of this emotion of having it all., speaking from experience.

This is the kind of behavior that made her heavy in the first place.
What is your friend good at? Talk about these things with her, build up her confidence. She sounds as if she is going the other direction again and we do not want her eating again like she did to get big.....she has problems, just be her friend!

Tie and gag her, drag her down to Jinny Craig, drop her off and tell them not to let her loose till she shuts up about fat.
Well, there went my 10 points flying off into the sunset, but it ought to be at least good for a laugh or two.
She will be so skinny, when she stand sideways, she could hide behind a pool stick. Ten dollar bet says then she will complaining about how skinny she is.

Some people that were heavy and lose the weight still see themselves as heavy. She may just want to be assured that she is not and need some attention I say give it to her let her know how wonderful she looks

Be there for her, make sure she dosen't do any crazy diets that could be dangerous to her health.
Show her (with pictures) how much weight she has lost and how amazing she looks...
You could always take her out for a spa day, to make her feel better about herself.
Best Wishes

Well, she either has a bad Eating Disorder where she really sees herself as a fat person OR she wants attention. Tell her how you really feel about it. If she IS your friend, she should listen to you and stop that ridiculous behavior.

You can try to talk to her about it, but over all its up to her to realize that she is not, and change her way of thinking about herself.
