most of the slopes don't open until mid november... So I guess i'll have to go with Arapahoe Basin. Breckenridge opens on November 11th and that's my favorite place to go... Winter Park and Copper Mountain are always big on the college snowboard crowd and they have a $99 four pack deal. Loveland is open but is cold as ****, so i woudln't go there if my life depended on it.

for so early in the season you need to check snow reports at different places. the best in the US are Tahoe, CA , Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico. the east coast skiing has smaller mountains and lower quality snow.
