Are the games for it any good?

Oh, god, my kids are so addicted to it! They love the Dobutsu no Mori (animal forest?) game, and they also played a lot in Tamagochi shop. I wish we'd never bought it. They aren't interested in things like bike riding or feeding the cat anymore.
Having discovered Yahoo Answers two days ago, though, I can understand getting obsessed by a screen. )-:

Yes the light is better than the previous version and the games are good and ds can play old version games as well.

The DS lites are pretty good. I have a black one. The only two dofferneces on the ds lites than the ds normals is that its more curved on the side and closes tighter. That is it. I suggest u get a PSP though. They have better graphics and better games.

Yes, they are so much better than the original ds, because it can go so much brighter, and they have a lot of cool games, like try new super mario bros

Not if you compare it to a PSP.Then again it is horrible.
