I have recently been invited to a party lite (candles) party. This will be the first time I will be attending a party like this. I was just wondering what usually goes on during these parties, how long do they normally last, etc... Just kind of wondering what to expect, any info would be appreciated

a lot of fun especially if you like candles. these are great candles even if you dont by the holders. the candles are wonderful and smell great even if they are not lit. so bring some money there is bond to be something you want and just sit back and enjoy the show. you might even be interested enough to have your own partylite party. thats where you can get some more great product...

It depends if the guests actually come and how many . The first time I went to one, I had a lot of fun. Yes it is information on the products that they sell but you can win free candles. I like the fact that even if my little ones would spill any hot wax on them that it will not hurt them like regular store bought candles. Go to it . You will have a lot of fun! It may last a half an hour or longer depends upon the party. Some just throw a simple party with munchies, a pool party, or margaritas. You won't regret it.

Usually they last a couple of hours. A couple of games are played, then the demonstrator shows off the candles and holders and all the ways they can be used. There's usually goodies provided by the hostess. If you are at sensitive to perfume, don't go. There are a lot of burning candles. They are very good candles and smell great. I just ordered some over the weekend.

They are just like tupperware or any home party. You sit around and chit chat with people you don't know well. Talk and laugh with the ones you do know. Eat snacky type foods with punch or soda, play silly little games to win a tiny candle.

Than you look at and talk about the items on display and order something you really don't need or like and pay a lot for it and than get roped into having one of these fun little parties yourself!!

Sounds like fun, doesn't it. I am going to one in Nov to benefit a local family that just lost the husband when he ran into the back of a dump truck at 50 miles and hour. So, it's worth buying something I don't really need so that a portion will go to the widow and kids.
