I didn't until next week - but then I was suddenly sent back here in the present.

but seriously, while I suppose there could be four-dimensional beings who swim around in time (more or less - it's a metaphor), I doubt our species, so locked into three dimensions and experiencing time in a linear progression, could break the rules of physics like that - it'd be like parameceum building spacecraft.

And I hope not. Can you imagine the potentials for manipulating the timeline? Whoever time-travels first could rewrite history to suit their ends.

Time Travel will probably not be achieved, however it may be possible to travel between different realities if the time line were actually a spiral and not a straight line as everyone imagines it to be.

Time travel is theoretically possible; just look in a quantum physics book. But so far for the human race it is impossible because we have not yet attained the speed of light (and according to Einstein it is impossible to do so). So for now I guess I don't believe in time travel. I'll have to see it happen for myself in order to believe it.
(or maybe our hypothetical martian friends aren't actually martians...maybe they're us coming back from the future!...(lol)).

stalkin ya 1 second at a time it seems highly unlikely, however it my be a reality in the far distant future.and i dont think they would feel we are ready for time travel in our primitive ,still warring and ever violent, perhaps it would be made available to us in100,000 years, keep your fingers crossed

yes definitely. and just because we can only speculate about it, doesn't mean governments of the world and secret organisations don't know about it ;)
