-10 over 3 equals 8 over 5-c
-10/3 = 8/(5 - c)
-10(5 - c) = 8*3
-10(5 - c) = 24
-50 + 10c = 24
10c = 74
c = 7.4

You would do 8 * 3 = -10(5 - c) ~~ 24 = -50 + 10c ~~ 74 = 10c ~~ 74/10 = c or reduce it to 37/5 or 7.4 I THINK lol
