well anything is possible if the lovemaking is good.
but it could be a few things:
1. a queef. (see reference below)
2. could be the position you are using. pressing against her abdomen causing her flatulence.
3. foods that she may be eating which make her gassy.
4. she might love you that damn much .....that is just plain comfortable for you.

I dont know how old your wife is but most older women put off more exhaust that an F14 during sex. So dont eat them from behind or do them doggie style.

Lol. Is it gas coming from her anal or her vagina? Sometimes what happens is when you are making love to her it can push air out of her vagina and make a "fart" sound. Otherwise, farting is all nautural baby. Take a deep breath and enjoy.
