Go to www.hp.com and look for support. They are very good about provioding drivers for their products. If you use dialup, you may wishj to order the drivers on a CD, some of those are very large, and you need broadband to download them in any reasonable length of time.

Depends on how patient you are. Like the previous people said, if time is no object, you can get the free download from the website. HP also sends the disks but they charge you for them (including shipping and handling).

Mine does that on get mutually. what's really demanding is when I somewhat have cleared the jam and the gadget doesn't well known that this is been cleared and nevertheless refuses to paintings. Then I somewhat have accurate turn it off and frequently even unplug and replug it in to get it operating back. I somewhat have even had to do a gadget fix with the computer if I the position printing something from the internet or from my computer records.

You shouldn't have to buy it. Go to hp.com and support and download it. May take a while. The All-In-Ones are huge files.
