I suspect most anyone with testicles has never given birth and most anyone that has given birth does not have testicles thus getting a comparison from the general population might be difficult. hhowever if you can find a bi-gendered person (ie' one with both sets of organs who has had a child already and been kicked in the nuts, they might be able to tell you. And if they haven't you could always ask them to get pregnant and give birth then kick them to discover the answer. Though I woudl suggest making sure your medical and life insurance are fully paid up before kicking anyone in the nuts.

Ive never been kicked in the balls, but I have been nailed by a basketball, soccerball, and even baseball down there before. It hurts dreadfully- you feel so sick, and you are afraid that something seriously is wrong with you. But the pain lasts at most 30 mins, so pregnancy is probably worse.

Since this has to be a one-sided answer how can anyone actually know? The one with testicles can only say from his viewpoint and the one who give birth can only say from hers.

If we could find someone with testicles that has given birth, we could get an informed answer.

Well, if a birth happens bad enough you may never be able to have children again. Let's see what else happens, screaming, moaning, intense pain, epidorals, cervical expansion, Oh and have I mentioned squeezing something the size of a watermelon out of something the size of a lemon. Have a little respect.

alright... giving birth is not as pain as most percive them to be... there are those who go in labour for just 10 minutes and its over while some for 2 hours and its still crowning... so
about getting kicked in the nuts, why not try getting kicked in the pu##y??? then you will find out the pain... yup...but the nuts will hurt more... heez
cheers

I have been kicked in the nuts a few times but have never given birth to anything more than the odd idea or two. What you should be asking is "what the hell is going on in my mind"

Think of it like this..a woman giving birth is the equivalent of YOU trying to pee out a...lets say something the size of a can of soup...unless of course the baby is like my cousin was, 13 pounds...then it would be like you peeing something the size of a a Mason Jar...so getting kicked in the jewels, nothing at all like childbirth. Perhaps as bad as my worst case of cramps. NO WAY it's as bad as giving birth.
