Oh, guy, I recognize precisely what you're going via. I've had clicking/popping at the correct part of my jaw for YEARS. Last 12 months it obtained so painful that I sought clinical concentration. They despatched me to a TMD professional, however alas, my coverage didn't duvet it. After that, my jaw LOCKED CLOSED. I was once compelled to look the professional besides and pay for it... it was once locked for a complete week earlier than I obtained in they usually have been competent to free up it. They made a splint for me to put on among my enamel at night time in order that it would not lock in the course of the day. And it really works! While my jaw nonetheless pops normally, the agony is usually long gone and there's no extra locking! If I have been you, I might see a dentist and get a referal to a jaw professional so they may be able to make you a splint. It works wonders!

I have had this problem for years. The pain has kinda faded though. It only hurts when I keep my jaw clenched, usually when I sleep at night. This condition is commonly referred to as TMJ. Surgery is usually a last resort kind of resolution. Me personally I used to wear a "splint" it's kind of like a retainer. It really helped with the pain. I think every case is different so every solution is probably different too. Hope this helped!
