nervous system....if you touch hot stove for example, the nervous system is the one that will make you reflex away from it....its the fastest in the human body!

Generally, the nervous system is faster, but the endocrine response lasts longer in time. Sometimes they are conected to each other( a classic example is the release of adrenaline by the adrnal grlnads, by direct stimulation of the sympathetic nerves ), and you get an intermediate response.
