Good God, most of these people don't have a clue what the hell they are talking about. The Chargers will be one of the best teams in the league for the next 5 years. Contrary to what shenpup seems to believe, the Chargers are one of the youngest teams in the nfl, on both sides of the ball. In fact the oldest player on the team (McCardell) has said he want's to play for another 5 years at least. During the offseason, the Chargers made moves to lock up every key starter (except Donnie Edwards who is expected to leave after this season). Tomlinson's contract doesn't expire until 2012, so he will be here for a long time. And the Chargers have the third most cap room in the league. During the offseason, I see them picking up a veteran offensive lineman (so they can move the rookie McNeil to RG), and will probably try to draft a corner (since they are set at WR, they have two young 6'6" recievers, Jackson and Floyd who are looking like future pro-bowl material). Rivers, with the amount of talent he has, is going to be among the elite QB's in the league very soon. There will be a superbowl win for the Chargers in the next five years, mark my words.

AFC EAST - New England Patriots (13-3) AFC NORTH - Pittsburgh Steelers (12-4) AFC SOUTH - Houston Texans (13-3) AFC WEST - San Diego Chargers (11-5) WILD CARD - i do not comprehend???? NFC EAST - ny Giants (11-5) NFC NORTH - eco-friendly Bay Packers (13-3) NFC SOUTH - New Orleans Saints (13-3) NFC WEST - San Francisco 49er's (12-4) WILD CARD - i do not comprehend???? PLAYOFFS i do not care what all of us says, the Houston Texans are prevailing the Superbowl next year. The are the most finished team in the league (passing, rushing, protection). I nevertheless imagine if Matt Schaub and Mario Williams were healthful this playoffs, they could have received the Superbowl. also, i don't love your predictions. particular the Lions had an outstanding year, yet they prefer to staggering some factors of their play. Secondly, the position are the 49ers? the position are the Eagles? Why are the Giants 13-3? Why are the Seahawks in the playoffs? Why are the Packers in difficulty-free words 11-5? Why do you've the Ravens beating the Texans? until eventually Matt Schaub is injured back, the Texans are the further constructive team. .......

They will collapse in in about 3 years, they have alot of old talent of defense, and their offense is not well coached. Phillip Rivers will not be able to perform, Tomlinson will leave, and their line was never very good, and will be even worse without Tomlinson. But, if they can win a superbowl in that time it will buy alot of time for them.

They will be nothing, because Shawne Merriman (the future) won't be playing, cause he's a ****** cheater. Just like Bill Romanowski and Barry Bonds.
