There is no complete list. It would be too complicated to do so, especially with the ADRs and penny stocks.

Penny stocks are loosely categorized companies with share prices of below $5 and with market caps of under $200 million. They are sometimes referred to as "the slot machines of the equity market" because of the money involved. There may be a good place for penny stocks in the portfolio of an experienced, advanced investor, however, if you follow this guide you will learn the most efficient strategies https://tr.im/c8109

You will have to wait between 3 and 10 days to get into the system in most cases. When I signed up it took 8 days. I wished it was faster, but if you can wait a week or two to start earn life changing money than you will have what it takes to make it in this business.

I doubt it. You don't need such a list at all. What do you think it will bring? Better sort out what you need - in terms of objectives. maybe the list is not going to give that to you. Most people thinking of lists can tie themselves up for eons. If you are planning to invest then you only need a list of 10 stocks.
Of if you prefer to trade Forex - you need 6 pairs of currencies at most. Or get into Futures and Commodites with just Gold, Oil and Coffee.

If you go to iShares.com, you can look up all of the holdings in their Russell 3000 ETF, (Exchange Traded Fund). This will be the top 3000 largest publically traded companies in America. They will ask you to register. Go to
http://www.ishares.com/fund_info/detail.jhtml;jsessionid=10UXNBI3QFJR2RJUMTCBBGSFGQ0EOD50?symbol=IWV
Click on "View All Holdings" in the Top Ten Holdings box in the upper right hand corner. Again, you will have to register here... but it is a small price to pay for the info.

Contact every stock exchange on the planet and ask for a list of the stocks that they list. FYI, most of them will be out-of-date by the time that they e-mail the list to you.
