I suggest listen well then think twice , think of what you will say ,, i know with some people this takes practice,, but it helps.. good luck!

You're part of a LARGE crowd. I've never known anyone who didn't think they made huge clangers every time - and sometimes it's not even noticeable! I know I say some really stupid stuff at times!

I used to do that but then I realized that I have to think before I speak. It takes some time and practice, but you can do it.
