No, absolutely not.First of all we need to define what is intelligence. After that it is proved that is so relative like the stars in tha sky.I mean, has to do with family conditions of it if you have had love, education, culture, personal wish to go on, your own psychology, after all that, simply the fact if someone can change simply love, and i can guarantee that this is possible even if the biological status is not the best. And the highest intelligence, is just the love.So biology is not tha base, is almost nothing. And what is the important thing, has no name.It si something, we can not touch, or see at microscope. Is simply in the air.And this is the most important science i believe.

I believe we are born with a "happiness" capacity as it is a biological function of the brain. I believe the same for intelligence. "Personality", however, I believe, is partly biological (as the some people are 'born' with more happy capacity) but also is partly a reflection of how the person is raised - so I believe personality would be a combination.....

I believe Intelligence is innate (born with) however, raising can affect intelligence if there is abuse involved which would affect self-esteem.

according to studies, you get 50% of your personality from your parents, the rest is up to nurture. intelligence has to be bred in a good way, otherwise, you'll just be a really smart crook. intelligence is also basically a personality trait, so it is biological. and it's a subjective one at that since everyone has a different definition of intelligence.
