I voted for him to get in the senate. I shook his hand while he was campaigning. I think that he is a genuinely nice guy. But lately there's been something about him that makes me wonder. I can't quite put my finger on it, but I think that there is something wrong with him that his charisma and dignity are covering up. Everyone loves him, but I get this feeling as if there is something not quite right with the guy.

I don't know that much about him as I've only seen him interviewed on TV a couple of times and I have liked what I have seen but you make a point. I find him 'eerily likeable'. Maybe he's just a genuinely nice guy with some good ideas and maybe he knows how to manipulate that image all too well; time will tell.
We should be careful not to codemn him just for being unique though. That is something that people tend to do and it would be a shame.

You're trying to plant a rumor or leave the feeling that there's something wrong with the guy -- with absolutely no basis.
He's not the Democratic candidate yet. If indeed there is something dark about him other than the color of his skin, not to worry, Republicans will dig it up.
How do your feelings about him compare to the feelings you had the summer of '04 about his Republican opponent, Jack Ryan? Did you think there was "something" under Ryan's "charisma and dignity" before you heard that he tried to talk his actress wife into sado-masochistic and group sex?

He's new in the business of politics. He's the Freshman right now and I think it's safe to say just becuase his lack of experience somethign is wrong with him.
I do agree, he's a very charismatic guy.

well he's a politician - so of course he's not as good a person as he claims to be.... what i'm more concerned about is whether he's better than the other options, and as of now I'd say he is.
I'd actually vote for this guy - not a chance in hell I'd vote for Hillary Clinton.....

Well, since he has gotton so popular he was probably brought into corruption as of late, especially since as of late he has become a presidential canidate possibility for the demos.

He is very smooth talker, seems to have all his answers down pat, like he never has to think about how to answer. I just don't know much else about him.
