Do your parents look young that people often confuse them as your own siblings?

From a parent: My son and I have been mistaken for siblings several times. I'm 40 and he's 23.

I don't ever remember being out in public with my mother for people to make the acknowledgement either way. I'm an adult now but I know women who have children my age and they would pass for siblings. If I had a mother who I was close to that hung out with me, I would want her to be attractive, but I think I'd want her to look her age.

no, my parents are of an age that looked old when they were younger....they're in their 70's now, but they always looked "old" to me, no sibling confusion, that's for sure

the craziest concern is, my mom and my DAUGHTER get accused of being mom/daughter whilst they're out 2gether... my mom, who's sixty 5 and my daughter who's 15 the two are blondes (my daughters' is organic :-)) yet she seems ALOT like me (I honestly have dark hair).... each time the two one among them are out, people continually remark to my mom how eye-catching "her" daughter is..... and my mom quips lower back, im her GRANDMOTHER!!!

some ppl do but it kinda creeps me out, my mom was like 24 when she had me so now shes 39 so i dont know how i look like her

yes.... both are in their early 50's, both will head full of black hair - no grays in sight...ppl often think they're my older brother and sis... it's fun though -- -they love it.. even though they're grandparents - ppl are always in doubt

nope, but it would be super weird if they did. They were in their 30's when they had me.
