I'm thinking of buying a new mens winter coat from WalMart. I'm curious if they are good and how they perform when it's cold out. Am I going to freeze? lol Does anyone here have a coat from Walmart and want to share their experience?

I bought a coat at WalMart a long time ago and it was very warm and lasted for years. I finally got rid of it because it got majorly out of style. I guess it just depends on what type of coat it is, but the fact that it's from WalMart shouldn't mean it will not hold up. Wal-Mart has started carrying a better line of clothing lately, at least the one in my area.

I don't think it matters what store the coat comes from as much as what it's made of.... get something in wool, cashmere or down. they're the warmest. Make sure it has a lining like fleece.

ah why dont you just go to burlington coat factory... BUT wallmart was saying something about having top end products in their stores... I say go to burlington coat factory .. they have awsome coats... rows and rows... and most of the time they are not that far from wallmart... so if your set on wallmart .. check them out ... then check out Burlington Coat factory compare .... coats... see what you like... that is what a mom of three boy's does...
