its all the bonage and tieing up he wants and i do not like that all of not knowing i can move around i feel that he does not like it go somewhere else and i will divorce him after 14 years and it doe snot bother me to that and i figure they be many anwer each one has their opinion and i like that but still does not anwer my question any way i just think i should be enough but i am not i will not stay with someone who thinks i am not enough for them and yeah he is sorta addicted to it ????!!!!!

If i understand your question, he is into "bondage" and you are not. If i missed the question, forgive me, but if thats the problem, ill say this, You need to let him know what you feel about this stuff, if he is addicted to this, then he needs help, if theres nothing you can do for him. Just tell him, you are not into this and he needs to listen to you and your wishes on this matter. Sometimes, threatening divorce will bring the man/woman back to reality, and you can go from there. As far as being way outta bounds, if it not good for you and there is no way to compromise this situation, then you need to take the initiative and tell him under no certain circumstances will you do this and if he keeps on then you need to take drastic measures to save the marriage.
