I agree with peachykee..., you should do your own homework, you will learn more and be thankful later on in life....once your out of 11th grade.

It's kinda cheap to use the internet to answer your homework questions when you could have just learned this in class. Anyway, the term harlequinn means that they give away the ending at the very beginning of the book. So it depends on which book you are talking about. I think in Anna Karinina, she does die in the first scene; so yes. But, it's been a while since I've read that book so you may want to double check that fact.
