Most likely this sounds like a case of bulimia. Frequent vomiting can lead to anemia, depletion of fluid balance, electrolyte imbalances, erratic heartbeat, hypoglycemia, infertility, internal bleeding, kidney or liver damage, malnutrition, cessation of menstrual cycles, mental fuzziness, loss of muscle and bone mass, a low pulse rate and blood pressure, a ruptured stomach or esophagus, stones in the salivary glands, tooth and/ or gum erosion, ulcers and a weakened immune system.
Also, if the fat content in a woman's body drops to too low a level, the body will not produce enough estrogen, which can result in destruction of bone tissue and an increased risk of osteoporosis.
Eventually, life-threatening problems can result, including cancers of the breast. bowel, esophagus or reproductive organs; kidney or liver damage, and finally cardiac arrest.
Please seek professional help if this person is suffering from bulimia.

Rotten teeth because the bile eats the enamel off their teeth, poor dental hygiene, can have ulcerations of lining of esophagus, stomach or oral cavity, weight loss that is not healthy, risk of aspiration (inhaling vomit into lungs), mental stress, bone loss because of poor health, malnutrition......

Bad breath, rotten teeth, rotten throat lining, rotten mouth, gums, possibly stomach ulsers. Lack of nutrition, which could make you have bad skin, loose your hair, or break bones. Possibly faint. Not a good idea. No one would want to kiss you.
