I have the same horrible dream alot what does it mean?
I have alot of nightmares and barely any dreams atleast of what I can remember. I have dreams of the dead walking and coming after me. I had them before the movie dawn of the dead. I was curious if anyone else has these nightmares and maybe why they do occur. I feel like crap when I wake up after having them. Also if anyone knows alot about troubles with sleep or has had a weird experience please e-mail me I have another question, but it really isn't one that I want on here.

you are quite possibly stuck in a rut in your waking life.sometimes we dream of death and disaster because our waking lives need a change. a death to old behaviors if you will. don't read into it too much. it'll drive you nuts. but listen to the subtle message. maybe....if you can......the next time you find yourself in a nightmare.....try to wake yourself up. or try to change the dream. by changing one element of the dream, you change the whole dream. or.......maybe you are sleeping in an environment that is not condusive to peaceful/restful sleep. do you use a heater/air conditioner? do you have a fan on? do you sleep with the t.v.on? these things will have an impact on your dream state.

I constantly have nightmares and I hate it. Last night I prayed hard not to have any and I actually had an ok dream. I seriously dream every single time I go to sleep, and 95% of the time I can remember my dreams. I feel as if not many people understand this as their dreams are non sensical but not necessarily disturbing. Also, I feel as though people judge you for having nightmares, and if you have a disturbing nightmare it's like there something wrong with YOU. I also have reoccurring dreams, I can remember many of them. One for example: my whole house being on fire, but outside of my house too, ike the street filled with fire. It is so real and scary!! My dreams are so vivid. I think that only a small percentage of people constantly have dreams like this, or maybe people just don't want to talk about it... I would like to find out hwat causes some to dream more than others. Sometimes I feel like a really bad movie is playing in my head!

Dreaming of dead walking and coming after you could mean you have guilt conscience. Most of the time when people have bad dreams like yours often shows insecure and guilty feeling in reality.

If you have troble sleeping, that could mean you have stress and anxiety in reality

Hun, what you are experiencing is anxiety. the images from the movie don't help and subconsciously take form of your anxiety in your dreams. I recommend you start drinking tea, meditate a bit, calm down, go for a walk, and you should be just fine within a week. The mind is tricky and quite powerful; you decide who's going to take control of it.

You are frightened at something in life. Perhaps you are doing something that jeapordizes your health or someone in your household is frightening you. It's really hard to determine. Find out what is scaring you on a regular basis, get a gun, and elimnate it. Okay maybe that's too harsh but it sounds like something in your life keep frightening you or it could be at school!

to me, it sounds like there's something in your life that's stressing you out, or that you're scared to come to terms with. try thinking about any problems you might have in your life that could be causing nightmares. try drinking some warm tea before you go to bed - there's a brand called sleepy time that'll help put you to sleep and stay asleep and relaxed, it might help with the nightmares as well.

It could be very possible that something in your past is coming back to haunt you. Something maybe that you thought was long gone and you buried it.

Just remember that dreams are believed to be a representation of something in your life and are not to be taken literally.

Nightmares are often caused by acid indigestion. My remedy is to drink a little baking soda in water. Clears it up in no time.

mostly when i watch a scary movie i have bad dreams and they somtimes happen more then once. so try not to make much of a bad dream. if you wake up freaked try listing to music or reading to clam you down. not much other then that though.
